Thank you for your purchase from MySuperEbike. If you are not fully satisfied with your electric bike or motorcycle, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Exchange Policy.
Exchanges can be requested within 90 days of purchase by contacting us at ladi@mysuperebike.com. To be eligible for an exchange, the electric bike or motorcycle must be in good working order, meaning it functions as expected for a vehicle of its type and age, without any mechanical, electrical, or software problems that diminish its performance and safety. While priority is given to requests for vehicles that meet these conditions, we are committed to evaluating all exchange inquiries on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within one hundred twenty (120) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition, including all original components, and must not show signs of wear or use. Please note that discounted products, custom batch builds, and sale items, which are considered final sale, cannot be returned. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns exceeding $1,500.00.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at ladi@mysuperebike.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the completed return form. Send your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed without issue.
Exchange Process
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm that it meets our return conditions. After the inspection, please allow up to two hundred (200) days for us to process your exchange. This timeframe includes the necessary steps to verify the item’s condition, source the replacement, and prepare it for shipment. Once your exchange has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we will notify you by email with the details of the shipment and the expected delivery date.
No Disparagement
You agree not to disparage us in any manner. For the avoidance of doubt, disparagement shall mean disparaging or otherwise making any false or negative statements about MySuperEbike s.r.o’s products, services, members, managers, or employees.
Release of Liability
You, on behalf of yourself, and your respective heirs, estates, administrators, successors, and assigns hereby unconditionally release and forever discharge MySuperEbike s.r.o and its agents, employees, representatives, managers, members, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns, and affiliates, and from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, obligations, liabilities, damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of any type and nature whatsoever, whether in law or in equity whether known or unknown, either existing or that may exist from the beginning of time to the date of this release.
No Admission of Liability
You understand and acknowledge that acceptance of any exchange request by you shall be not deemed or construed as an admission of liability by MySuperEbike s.r.o with respect to any dispute or any other matter. This Exchange Policy shall not be used or construed in connection with any other suit or other proceedings as an admission or concession of liability.
